Acupuncture is a system of integrative medicine that involves inserting thin needles in to the skin or tissues ("acupoints"), used to alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, or emotional conditions. Originating in ancient China, acupuncture is now widely practiced in the West. Acupuncture can treat arthritis, back, neck, knee, and muscle pain, headaches/migraines, sports injuries, and tinnitus. In addition, it is found to help with weight loss by suppressing cravings/appetite, aid in quitting smoking, and help those struggling with infertility/IVF.

Massage is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues in order to improve well-being and health. Massage may help promote relaxation, relieve stress and pain, lower blood pressure, and improve circulation. We currently have two Licensed Massage Therapists at our clinic. Pricing varies depending on length of session and therapist.
